Additional information:

I am currently writing a historical narrative version of the Jones family’s story, which will include excerpts from their correspondence with ornithologists and more in depth details of their often painful and frustrating endeavors to publish and market their work so that it could receive the attention it rightly deserved.

I hope to publish that book in 2016.

“Joy’s dedication in pursuing this research and her determination to bring the book and the Jones family to modern audiences match the original effort of its creation.”
